1. Delivery Zones & Coverage
We currently fulfill direct deliveries throughout Kathmandu Metro Area, Kathmandu (Inside Kathmandu Valley) and major metro hubs. Express rider delivery is available during regular store operational hours.
2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Orders placed before 4:00 PM are dispatched same-day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on official public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day morning. You will receive an SMS and WhatsApp confirmation once your rider is on the way.
3. Safe Packaging & Bottle Protection
Every beverage, bottle, and delicate merchandise is individually wrapped with shock-absorbent cushioning and water-resistant protective pouches to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.
4. Age Verification Upon Delivery
As required by law, orders containing alcoholic beverages require the recipient to be of legal purchasing age (18+ / 21+ depending on regional regulation). Our couriers reserve the right to request government-issued photo identification prior to handover.
5. Damaged or Missing Shipments
In the rare event that a package arrives broken or tampered with, please reject the item with the courier or report it to our customer support within 24 hours with photos for an immediate replacement or full refund.
